By accessing samuraijj.com or using our applications (Kiso, Samurai BJJ, Wazadeck), you agree to be bound by these terms. These services are provided by SAMURAI JIU-JITSU INC, a Wyoming Corporation.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including Wazadeck study materials, software architecture, and branding, is the exclusive property of SAMURAI JIU-JITSU INC. Unauthorized distribution or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

Jiu-Jitsu is a physical activity. SAMURAI JIU-JITSU INC is not responsible for injuries sustained during training while using our tracking or instructional software. Use of the software is at your own risk.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
